TtsSpeak text$

This command sends text to the Text to Speech engine to be spoken.

Something like the following code should be used to ensure the TTS engine is ready before the first use.

timeout = time() + 2000
Do until isTtsReady() or time() > timeout
wait 100
Loop

TtsSpeak "This is spoken text"

By default Text to Speech will be disabled and you must go to the Menu->More->Settings from the main console screen and enable it before use.
